- Marinade chicken with chilli powder, turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger,1/2 tsp garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce and salt for 30 -45 minutes.

- Once it is bit sauted, add green chillies.
- While onion is getting sauted, parallely start frying chicken in sunflower oil. Let it fry till chicken is browny on outside. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside..
- Once onion is at the edge of browning, add ginger and garlic paste and saute it together. Add curry leaves..
- When onion is sauted very well [looks well brown] Add coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder and saute it well till the gravy is dark..
- Once the above gravy is done, add fried chicken pieces to it and mix it very well such that the gravy reaches all the chicken pieces..
- Once chicken is completely cooked, remove from fire and serve hot !.
