  2. Take of dried apricots.
  3. Take of spring onions.
  4. Provide of beef stock cubes.
  5. Take of flat leaf parsley.
  6. Get of harissa paste.
  7. Provide of couscous.

  9. Use of Salt or onion salt.

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and boil roughly 300ml of water..
  2. Finely chop the spring onions and dice the apricots..
