  14. Add poppy seeds,melon seeds and cashew paste saute well.
  15. Add tomato sauce and mix well.
  16. Now pour this into the pan containing gourd,mix well gently.
  17. Garnish it with ghee and garam masala powder.
  18. Serve it as a side dish along with plain rice or chapati.
