What you need:

6 ears corn without husks
2 tbsps. soy sauce
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. oyster sauce

This healthy yet delicious recipe takes less than 15 minutes to prepare – perfect for last-minute side dish needs!

What you need:

1/2 kg. thick-cut bacon, fried to a crisp and cut into bite-sized pieces
16 cups collard greens
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsps. whole-grain mustard
2 tbsps. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Mix together mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper and 3 tbsps. of olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside. Heat remaining olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. What you need:

6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 1/4 cups fresh spinach, steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Bring potatoes to a boil in a large pot of water for 15-20 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain, transfer to a large bowl and mash.
