- Take bowl and add soya chunks. Add 2 Glass warm water. Rest 15 min. Cut to big pieces capsicum & 1 medium sized onions.
- Cut all veggies.
- After 15 min squeeze out all the water and add capsicum & Onion.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,chilli,haldi,salt and curd.
- And mix well and rest 10 min.
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Add ginger & garlic fry 1 min. Add onion and salt fry 2 min. Now add tomato & mix well.
